Tinted license plate cover
Very inexpensive, the screws line up, it fits. Just another piece to add that finishing touch.

Nice Tint
The cover fit my PA plate well. The tint was neither too dark nor too light. However, I should have checked the PA laws more thoroughly. While there is a lot of gray area in the interpretation of the applicable law, it's easily conceivable that a tinted cover of any kind could get me pulled over since it's officer discretion. So not a good idea for me. The cover is fine though.
