Polaris Slingshot Replacement Brake Light Switch
The “magnetic” brake light switch that comes with your Polaris Slingshot has been somewhat problematic for many Slingshot owners causing issues with cruise control, traction control lights, sticky brake lights etc. Now if these things are happening to you, you should “obviously” take your Slingshot in to your local Slingshot dealer and have one of their licensed mechanics diagnose the issue to make sure it isn’t something more serious than a “brake light switch”. If they diagnose that the problem is indeed a faulty brake light switch you may consider swapping your stock “magnetic” brake light switch for our “mechanical brake light switch”. The advantage to the mechanical light switch is that it executes the brake pedal ground circuit instantly with no delay, resulting in a faster reaction time in comparison to the magnetic switch that came with your Slingshot and it’s also a heck of a lot less temperamental.
TricLED Polaris Slingshot Replacement Brake Light Switch Features:
- Uses existing bolt and OEM style plug n' play connector
- 10 minute install
- No modification needed
