Introducing our new 8" Front Speaker Pods for the Polaris Slingshot by SSV Works. These speaker pods have been engineered specifically for the Polaris Slingshot and include the new WP-A8 WeatherProof speakers, which brings audiophile grade components to the outdoors. The titanium tweeter creates crisp brilliant highs engineered to be heard outdoors, even in a helmet. The grille mounted tweeter allows for peak cone travel creating maximum output while providing a low profile with optimal weatherproofing. These speaker pods offer an optional Plug N' Play harness so that you can seamlessly integrated your new 8" front speaker pods into the factory Slingshot wiring harness.

The WP-A8 8" marine grade coaxial speakers feature an EPDM duo lock gasket surrounding the speaker to keep the water out and the sound pressure in. EPDM conforms to the surface and seals tight no matter where you ride, in direct UV, extreme heat, or in freezing temps. Reliability meets control with the Santoprene surround; a 30% lighter thermoplastic elastomer surrounding the polypropylene cone for exceptional volume and clarity in the harshest conditions. Each 8" speaker is rated at 4ohms with 75w RMS/150w peak power a features a Neodymium magnet which allows for a shallow mounting depth so that leg room is unobstructed.
