What a difference
I would have never thought that it would make such a difference. Having the surfaces you touch not feel like cheap plastic is important. But what really makes a difference is the weight. It somehow makes the SS slide into gear more easily and it dampens the sensation of gears engaging.

It's awesome!
Easy install, fits nicely in my hand and the added weight makes shifting that much more fun!
