We noticed a couple missing stiches on the pad when we opened the box, got a hold of manufacturers, they asked for a picture and told me to install it anyway that they would take care of it. They had a new pad shipped to me before I could take the bike for a test ride. VERY HAPPY WITH THERE PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Back relief!
Definitely made my Spyder more comfortable to drive. I recommend watching video and pay attention to putting towel in the "abyss" when doing install.
