This scoop gives a sporty look. The only possible functionality is that it may allow heat to clear the engine box after stopping. The temperature guage has not been affected during operation.

THE HEAT EXTRACTOR WENT ON JUST AS ADVERTISED, I ESPECIALLY LIKE THE DIFFERENT LOOK, CANT TELL YET IF IT IS HELPING TO REDUCE THE HEAT PROBLEM, I AM WELL SATISFIED.

Product adds a new look

I was extremely disappointed with the hood vent heat extractor. It looked just like the picture but was made of plastic barely thicker than a construction garbage bag. After spending almost $100, I was expecting a much more refined product. It is an extremely cheap piece of pressed plastic which makes me suspect of other similar products sold by SlingMods.
