Quad tip center exhaust
I wish this exhaust had a better finish coating however it looks way better in person than a photo once installed, it sounds loud but nice in my personal opinion now I am completely satisfied with the new aggressive look

1320 Performance Quad Tip Rear Center Exit Exhaust
I have considered an exhaust upgrade for my 2016 S/S SE since I purchased it used in the spring of 2017. The past owner did a a variety of great dress-up modifications and I love the look of my "ride" but the exhaust note was lack luster even with his "Cherry-Bomb" upgrade. When SlingMods put this exhaust on their "Garage Sale", I jumped at it and I am so glad I did.

I do not have access to a car lift and I am past crawling under any car on jack-stands so I scheduled an appointment with a local custom exhaust shop and $250.00 later I pulled out virtually a different ride. OMG! Just like a previous reviewer wrote, THIS is what our Slingshots are supposed to sound like! The tone is nearly a "trumpet" like sound, a bit louder than I had anticipated but baby, that exhaust note is left behind you.

On another "note", excluding rear hanger clamp, I do not like the exhaust clamps that come with the kit and the manifold gasket is not included. Regarding the clamps, you can have a ground clearance issue with the junction before the rear hanger. I purchased a exhaust band-clamp at my local auto parts store, installed it placing the bolts perpendicular to the exhaust pipe and eliminated one of the springs, which I think are redundant. Clamps and springs? Reminds me of guys who wear a belt with suspenders!

This is my last modification and absolutely one of the best.

No Instructions
The look and the sound are great but be prepared to spend some time on the installation. The spring connectors for the pipe sections are just about useless so make sure the clamps are super tight. It's a little louder than I thought it would be but looks amazing on the Slingshot!

Now it sounds like it looks
Great exhaust and made very well. The fit is excellent. I also used the 1320 header. The sound is very aggressive but mellows out at cruising speed. My friends say that now it sounds like it looks.

Sounds great,,,, but..... :(
Sounds great,, looks pretty decent, was disappointed with the finish of the quad exhaust tip, assumed the quad tip was chrome plated, but it's more of a rustic type stainless finish with little or no shine. Neat clean install, nice kit overall, just the tip was lackluster in finish.
