Top Cuff
This is a block of billet aluminum with some pre-drilled and pre-taped holes in it for use with RAM mounts. When you buy one you have added multiple places to attach "extras" such as phone holders, Garmin holders, drink holders really just about anything RAM makes can be mounted in fron, in back, on the side, on the top... a very clever, useful add-on. Take a look if you need a mirror or a phone holder on you handlebars, or maybe your boat rail. I would recomment and I would buy again without hesitation.

Handlebar top cuff for ram mount
