The Grille inserts took a little longer to install than anticipated. I followed the supplied directions. In addition, I watched and paused the video on my ipad several times to make sure I wouldn't miss anything. When installing the magnets make sure you pay close attention once you remove the 3m backing to ensure they align properly. It was a bit of struggle to figure out the best way to slide in the inserts into the space. It was as expected a tight fit. Once I got the first one in, the second one was easier. The use of painters tape and using soapy water or glass cleaner on the rubber edge is a must do. While installing the insert, use utmost care to ensure the rubber edge does not come away from the metal grille insert. Do not let any of the soapy water / glass cleaner get on your painters tape. In all it took me about 30 minutes to install after I had all the materials layed out.
