Maybe Im too picky? But...
The overall quality of the product is good. The installation is easy. But...

Three improvement suggestions;

1 - The horizontal leg of the L-bracket it about 3/8" to 1/2" too long. If it was shorter and flush to the cuff it would not hit the front dash on hard turns when rear mounted or would not encroach into driver space when front mounted.
2 - The holder needs to be mounted about an inch lower on the bracket. A 20 or 24oz Contigo sit up too high obscuring your visual field.
3 - The base needs to widen a little more. Many bottles flare at the base like the Contigo or finedine Sports Bottles. They will not sit all the way down into the holder.

Final review - if you are looking for something to hold a 16oz throw-away bottle for a short afternoon ride this is a good solution. But if your setting up for the long haul this probably isn't for you.

I was diagnosed with throat cancer in August of 2020. The rest of that year and the majority of 2021 I spent in hospitals doing chemo, radiation treatments, and treatments to treat radiation caused issues. It’s been 2 long year where I was not able to be out on my Cam Am Spyder. Once I felt good enough to return to riding I faced a unique challenge. One of the long term side effects was the loss of my salivary glands. Just simple breathing causes my mouth to be extremely dry. Now imagine that with wind and not having a way to store your water glass that you need constantly. I was on the search for the perfect cup holder. After lots of research and very few options I decided on Sling Mods. I’m glad I did. It fits perfectly and exactly where I need it. My only “complaint” is that it doesn’t fit larger bottles. But, honestly, this is perfect! Thank you for having this option and I’m thrilled all the pieces to install were included on the box. I highly recommend this product. I feel alive again to be able to get out in the wind therapy.
