Beefy bumper guard. Looks bad ass !! Prior to installing this guard, I had a skid bump installed. With my SS style grill, with lower ribbings, it reduce ground clearance by approx 1/2". Liking the bad ass looks of this grill guard, I ordered one up. Yup .. It looks bad ass !! With the (2) mounting bars running parallel to the machine, they fit in between the grill ribs, so any loss of ground clearance will be minimal. That said, if they do scrape, it will be metal to pavement. Won't look forward to bare metal, but it will be out of site, and will touch up annually. Install is pretty straight forward with only (4) bolts, but Brandon made it look too easy. This guard weighs approx 13 pounds. To make install easier (much), I put the front end up higher with the use of car ramps. I also found a cardboard box approx the same height, and this was useful in resting one side while installing the bolts on the other side. Being in Wisconsin, it'll be awhile before I ride with it on. I have upgraded suspension coming, which will increase the ride height a bit and stiffen up the front. $500 is a chunk, bit looks .. bad ass :)
