ALTHOUGH THIS KEY COVER WORKS,IT WAS NOT UP TO EXPECTATIONS WHEN ASSEMBLING.

Well I didn't read the. Instructions, the part that said to glue the plastic together so the first night I put it to use I lost my key ring and another key but thank goodness found the key ring read the directions and it's worked great since then!!

I hated the stock key from day one. This little gadget is well thought out and works great. Now I can carry it on a key ring !

Would have been a nice OEM Option
Being the key is a chip, I understand why they don't want you to use a keychain ring, but I didn't feel comfortable using the Key sleeve as it would wear out over time and key would fall out.
Not sure if you need to super glue this ring. I have had it separate a few times already when opening Fronk or seat.

**SlingMods Response** Hello Doug, yes it is recommended that you put a drop of super glue on the plastic cover so that the clamshell cover stays in place. Thanks for the comments.
