As advertised great product but your shipping method needs improvement there is no choice for shipping

Electrical problems
First of all, customer service is excellent, slight problem with instructions. My unit came with an extra piece of wiring harness but no mention of it in the instructions. After hooking the unit up there was power to the ports but no blue light like the instructions stated. After a number of phone calls back and forth it was determined my unit had not been wired for reverse polarity and I needed to install that unknown, unidentified wire to correct the problem.
It worked. The unit is working just fine.

They need to improve the instructions.

Excellent Product...
Great charging station. Easy to install... USB port on the left are NOT fast charging... No biggie. Just added on to the 12 Volt cigarette lighter port on the right side...
