Overall quality Bad
Weld on one side was burnt through to front so visible after assembly. Welds on sides should have been on the inside so can have a more flush fit after cutting the dash. "Brushed" aluminum appears to have been belt sanded crooked and dropped on the floor. Lots on time spent to re-sand and polish to get heavy scratches out. Would have been a better design to be able to use the DDIN cage to mount instead of rear mounted, so it could be removed easily in the future for repairs and add on's.

Modification required, bracket not precise
I ordered this Mount with the Boss audio head for my 2021 Slingshot. The boss audio head wouldn’t fit in to the face of the bracket. I called slingmods and they checked the other brackets that had in stock to see if it was a bad batch. They later emailed me back and said all of them were bad and had to contact the manufacturer. Slingmods was very helpful and sent me a paid return slip to shop it back. Several days later they sent me another bracket that still didn’t fit. I had to trim the edges internal edges of the bracket to get the audio unit to fit. This review isn’t towards slingmods, but more towards the product.
