I was a little afraid of jacking up my Slingshot and letting the air out of the tires. I was bringing it in for service so rather than attempting it, I asked them to do it for me. When I went to pick it up, they said that the tech could not get them to stay in without popping out when he inflated the tire. He ended up ruining one of them, wasting the glue and lost the Suitability Guage. Although they didn't charge me, I was ready to try and sell them. After posting them online, I decided to give it a try myself. I watched numerous videos on Youtube from both the manufacturer and others. Following their instructions, it was actually very easy! Don't just rely on the written instructions but be sure to watch the videos. It was worth it in the end.

I like the rim guards, the problem was that they arrived some were twisted and hard to get back into shape so they could be installed. Also the glue needed to complete installation was dried up, and could not be used. It looked to be old.

a bit pricy but it looks really cool and protective
the installation is not easy,it requires a bit hammering and beating.i bought orange color caz i have black rims
i love the color contrast.
