It's a great and cost effective way to immediately set your Slingshot apart from the pack by adding a subtle pop of color to the rear deck lid. These billet aluminum gas caps are a direct replacement to your factory plastic gas cap and install in seconds, but do require you to transfer the rubber O-ring from you factory gas cap over to this billet aluminum gas cap prior to installation. These fuel caps are available in most OE colors to match your Slingshot paint colors. We've opted to powder coat these gas caps vs. the cheaper anodized alternative, as anodizing changes colors and fades with the suns UV rays in a relatively short period time, whereas powder coating maintains its brilliant color for years on end.
